1. Introduction and Acceptance

Welcome to JustDance, an AI Dance Video Generator available at justdance.cc (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Service.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Service Description

JustDance turns text, photos, and videos into AI-generated dance clips. The Service includes features such as text-to-video, image-to-video, and video-to-video generation, along with themed tools built on the same technology (for example, AI Baby Dance and AI Pet Dance).

Generation runs on third-party AI models, currently including ByteDance (Doubao / Seedance) and MiniMax (Hailuo) models. JustDance is an independent product and interface layer built around these models; unless expressly stated otherwise, JustDance is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, the underlying model providers. We may add, change, or remove supported models and features as the Service evolves.

Some features are available without an account; generation features require an account and credits.

3. Accounts

  • Registration: You may sign up with an email address and password, or through a supported sign-in provider (such as Google or GitHub). You agree to provide accurate and complete information.
  • Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
  • Suspension: We may suspend or restrict accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the Service, or create legal or security risks (see Section 10).

4. Credits, Payments, and Subscriptions

The Service uses a credit system. Generating a video consumes credits; the credit cost of each generation mode and model is shown on the pricing page or at the point of generation.

  • Credit packs (one-time purchases): Credits from one-time packs do not expire.
  • Subscriptions: Subscription plans grant a monthly credit allowance. Subscription credits are valid for the billing period in which they are granted and expire at the end of that period. Subscriptions renew automatically each billing cycle until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your billing settings; cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • Promotional credits: We may grant free credits (for example, sign-up or daily-login credits) at our discretion. Promotional credits have no cash value, may expire, and may be modified or discontinued at any time.
  • Nature of credits: Credits are a prepaid right to use Service features. They are not money or property, have no cash value, and are non-transferable.
  • Failed generations: If a generation fails due to a Service error, contact us at support@justdance.cc and we will review and re-credit verified failures.
  • Payment processing: Payments are handled by third-party payment providers (such as Stripe). We do not store your full payment card details. Prices may change with notice; changes will not affect purchases already completed.

5. Refund Policy

  • 3-day refund window: If you have not used any of the credits from a purchase, you may request a full refund within 3 days (72 hours) of that purchase by contacting support@justdance.cc.
  • After credits are used or the window ends: Once any credits from a purchase have been consumed, or once the 3-day window has passed, the purchase is non-refundable.
  • Subscriptions: The same rule applies to each subscription payment — refundable within 3 days of billing only if none of that period's credits have been used. Cancelling a subscription stops future charges but does not retroactively refund the current period.
  • Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you may have under the mandatory consumer-protection laws of your jurisdiction.

6. Your Content

"Your Content" means the prompts you enter, the photos and videos you upload, and the videos generated for you.

  • Ownership: You retain all rights you hold in the content you upload. Subject to these Terms and to compliance with applicable law, you may use the videos you generate for personal or commercial purposes. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of generated videos complies with applicable law and does not infringe third-party rights; commercial use may also be subject to the terms of the underlying model providers.
  • License to us: You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, reproduce, and display Your Content solely as needed to operate and provide the Service — for example, transmitting your uploads to AI model providers for generation, storing your results, and displaying videos on public share pages when you choose to share them.
  • Responsibility: You are solely responsible for Your Content. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights, permissions, and consents for everything you upload — including the consent of every identifiable person appearing in your photos or videos. If an uploaded photo or video features a minor, you represent that you are the minor's parent or legal guardian or have their explicit authorization.
  • AI output disclaimer: AI-generated videos are produced by machine-learning models and may contain artifacts, inaccuracies, or unexpected results. Identical inputs may produce different outputs. Outputs are generated for you upon your request, and similar or identical outputs may be independently generated for other users.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to create, upload, or share:

  • Content depicting a real, identifiable person without their consent — including celebrity or public-figure deepfakes and any content intended to impersonate, harass, defame, or deceive;
  • Any sexually explicit, pornographic, or sexually suggestive content, including any such content involving minors (which we report to relevant authorities);
  • Content that exploits or endangers minors in any way;
  • Content that is violent, hateful, discriminatory, fraudulent, or otherwise unlawful;
  • Content that infringes any copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights of any third party.

You also agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract the underlying models, source code, or non-public parts of the Service;
  • Circumvent security measures, rate limits, or credit accounting;
  • Resell, sublicense, or provide automated third-party access to the Service without our written consent;
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

We may block, remove, or refuse to process content, and may suspend accounts, where we reasonably believe these rules are violated.

8. Intellectual Property of the Service

The Service itself — including its software, design, interface, branding, and all content we provide — is owned by JustDance or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for the rights expressly granted in these Terms, no rights in the Service are transferred to you.

If you believe content available through the Service infringes your copyright or other rights, send a notice with sufficient detail (identification of the work, the allegedly infringing material's URL, your contact information, and a good-faith statement) to support@justdance.cc. We will review and, where appropriate, remove the material and may terminate repeat infringers' accounts.

9. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information — including how your uploads are processed by third-party AI model providers — is described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Termination

  • By you: You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.
  • By us: We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, misuse the Service, fail to pay amounts due, or create legal, security, or abuse risks for us or others. Where practicable, we will notify you of the reason.
  • Effect: Upon termination for your breach, your right to use the Service ceases and remaining credits are forfeited to the extent permitted by law. Sections that by their nature should survive (including Sections 5–8 and 11–13) survive termination.

11. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated results will meet your expectations. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, JustDance and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or relating to your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless JustDance and its operators, affiliates, and personnel from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from Your Content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

14. Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute with us, please contact support@justdance.cc first — most issues can be resolved informally and we respond to support requests promptly. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally shall be resolved in accordance with applicable law. You agree to bring claims only in your individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class or representative proceeding, to the extent permitted by law.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and post the revised Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
